At Liberation with Libby I use a different and unique approach to healing.
In my signature 90 minute session, The Energetic Blueprint, we take a look at what's working, what feels forced, and what's no longer serving you. We compare it your Human Design Body Graph and use the body graph as a diagnostic tool and using Reiki alleviate energy around what's preventing you from releasing these patterns and locating where conditioning might be coming from. If there are things that cannot be released at this time you may at least gain the awareness of them.
The real magic isn't just what happens during this session, its the integration process afterward. Seeing what behaviors you no longer have to force, seeing where you can relax in life.
